REFUND POLICY.
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
1. Damaged or Defective Item:
The product must have arrived damaged or defective. A clear photo of the item and packaging is required as proof within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Unused Condition:
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
3. Proof of Purchase:
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process any refund or exchange.
4. Refund Approval:
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send you an email with an approval, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method immediately from our team. If you do not receive your refund within 5–10 business days please contact your bank.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, used wellness and skincare items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged upon arrival.
